February Yoga will begin with some gentle flowing movement then transitioning to Yin yoga* and concluding with a meditation and final resting pose. Benefits of attending this practice include stress / anxiety reduction, with enhanced feelings of wellbeing and self-awareness. Attend alone or bring a friend - everyone welcome.
