Yoga Flow

This welcoming, well-rounded flow class is designed for both beginners and experienced yogis. Each session begins with intentional grounding and breath awareness to help you arrive fully on your mat. From there, we move through thoughtfully sequenced flows that connect breath to movement at a varied, accessible pace.

You can expect standing postures, gentle balance challenges, and moments of strength-building to support endurance and stability. Throughout class, attention is given to alignment and the mind-body connection, with options offered so you can practice in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

We close with flexibility work and a nourishing final relaxation, leaving you feeling centered, steady, and refreshed. Introductory arm balances and inversion may be offered at times.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, this class meets you where you are.

Please bring:

yoga mat, water bottle and towel. ** we have extra mats, blocks and straps.
