Saturday 4/18/26 11:00am - 12:15pm Envision – Reflective flow + Yoga Nidra + take-home Namaste chime + Cucumber-ginger Juice.  ($38)

Saturday 5/30/26 11am - 12:30pm Nurture – Gentle flow, herb planting & possible outdoor yoga + spring drink. ($25)

Each class includes a unique seasonal experience and time to connect afterward.
