Join me for a new and exciting collaboration with Paddlefish Adventures, based in St. Croix Falls. We’re teaming up to bring you a beautiful morning on the water you won’t want to miss.

We will begin our morning with a paddle on the St. Croix River, traveling from Interstate Park to Osceola Landing. Along the way, a knowledgeable guide from Paddlefish Adventures will lead the route and share highlights about the river’s natural beauty, history, and surrounding ecosystems.

This 3–4 hour journey includes a restful stop along the way where we can enjoy a YogaSol Signature outdoor yoga practice. This gentle, beginner friendly practice is the perfect way to reconnect with nature and be held by the water and the wild. After yoga, we return to our watercraft and continue to Osceola Landing. From there, we will be transported back to our vehicles.

🛶 Cost is $60 per paddler. This includes Yoga, watercraft rental, guide fee and a light snack.

When registering, you’ll choose your watercraft: a kayak, tandem kayak, or canoe. If you’re planning to paddle with a partner, you will need to indicate that at registration.

*PADDLEFISH REFUND POLICY:

Guests who cancel due to weather conditions do so at their discretion, except in extreme weather events. These include thunderstorms, tornadoes, damaging winds, flash floods, and hail, which pose significant risks and require preparedness measures. Paddlefish Adventures will issue a full refund minus a 10% booking fee in extreme weather conditions.

Guided Trips: Rental deposits or payments will be refunded for cancellations made 5 days or more before the rental date, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for rentals canceled within 4 days of the rental date without exception.
