YogaSol turns Three!

We are celebrating this milestone with a sprinkle of $3 classes throughout the month of November! Join us for movement, community, and gratitude.

ANNIVERSARY CLASS:

#1 Chair Yoga - Wednesday November 4th - 8 am at The Amery Community Center! Join a warm community for a 35 minute session of soft movement and meditation. Stay & enjoy a complimentary treat.

#2 - Yoga FLOW @ Pams Dance Studio.

Join us for the class that started it all!! Celebrate the journey and THE COMMUNITY growth that's unfolded since our very 1st YogaSol class. Practitioners can expect a slow flow with optional strength challenges and a balance challenge.

Complimentary tea.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blocks (I have some to borrow), water bottle and a small blanket for final resting pose.

Fee: $3 (for three wonderful years - thank you!!)
