Nurture: Tend to What’s Growing (Part 3 of the Spring Series at Amery Ale Works)

As spring continues to unfold, this final class in our series invites you to slow down and nurture what has begun to grow—in nature and within yourself.

Join me for a gentle, soft flow practice designed to care for the body through mindful movement and deeper, supportive stretching using a yoga strap. This class will focus on releasing tension, restoring the body, and creating space for ease and balance as we move further into the spring season.

We’ll also take time to connect with the earth by potting a small plant to take home. I’ll provide small pots and herbs so you can leave with something living to continue nurturing beyond the practice.

Weather permitting, this may also become our first outdoor yoga practice of the season at Amery Ale Works.!!  (Yay!)  We have a quiet area on the plush lawn of the property perfect for connecting with our natural surroundings.   Please come prepared with layers and a towel to protect your mat if we practice outside. The final decision will be made onsite the day of class.

After practice, enjoy a special springtime beverage from Ale Works, included with your registration, and stay awhile to help us break in patio season with a wonderful group of people. Come alone or bring your friends.

Please bring:
• Yoga mat & blocks if you have them (I have some to loan)
• Yoga strap (if you have one)
• Water bottle
• A towel to protect your mat if we practice outdoors
• Layered clothing in case we move outside
