An Autumn YogaSol Adventure to Superior, WI: Amnicon Falls & Fairlawn Mansion

Join me for another FULL DAY YogaSol Adventure as we journey together to Wisconsin's beautiful South Shore of Lake Superior aboard a comfortable, spacious 20 passenger motorcoach (not a school bus).

I truly believe some of life's richest moments happen when we step away from our everyday routines, follow our curiosity, and experience beautiful places together. This thoughtfully designed adventure invites you to slow down, connect with community, and discover some of Wisconsin's hidden treasures during the beautiful transition into autumn.

Our adventure begins as we board the charter bus in Amery, WI and travel 2 hrs north to Amnicon Falls State Park, one of Wisconsin's most peaceful and often overlooked state parks. Together we'll enjoy a guided hike through the forest, along rushing rivers, past cascading waterfalls, and across the park's iconic covered bridge. We'll take our time, allowing space for mindful moments, conversation, photography, and simply appreciating the beauty of the season.

From there, we'll board the bus for a short trip to historic Fairlawn Mansion in Superior.  We have privately rented this venue for 3 hours to create plenty of space for our group to unwind, relax and  explore the mansion.  Time will be granted to learn about the legacy of Martin and Grace Pattison, and to appreciate another remarkable corner of Wisconsin together.

Built in 1891 as the home of Martin and Grace Pattison, Fairlawn offers a fascinating glimpse into the region's history and architecture.  Shortly after arrival, we'll gather for a professionally catered Autumn Garden Lunch presented on the beautifully restored main level of the brownstone mansion. 

It's not a YogaSol Adventure without yoga!  Imagine unrolling your yoga mat inside the ballroom of a historic mansion!  That's right... yoga in the ballroom .... I am thrilled to offer our group  a private meditative yoga experience created exclusively for this adventure featuring a gentle flow that gradually transitions into restorative yoga and concludes with an original guided meditation. Designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this one-of-a-kind experience invites us to move, breathe, reflect, and experience Fairlawn in a way very few visitors ever do.

After we bid goodbye to Fairlawn we will load the bus to make our way back home as we absorb the day while enjoying the scenery. If time allows we may stop at a pre-coordinated destination along the way.

The Brownstone Adventure is more than a day trip. It's an opportunity to nourish your curiosity, experience meaningful movement, enjoy wonderful company, and return home refreshed, inspired, and carrying a deeper appreciation for both this beautiful region and the community that explored it together.

Hiking & Yoga Information

Participants should prepare for approximately 2 miles of hiking on easy to moderate terrain. Trails may include gravel, dirt, exposed rock, stairs, tree roots, uneven surfaces, and occasional muddy conditions.   Sturdy walking or hiking shoes are recommended.  

The yoga practice is beginner-friendly and suitable for all experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat.

** Hiking distance/ time and other itinerary plans may be adjusted at the discretion of the Event Leader. Factors affecting decision include trail conditions, weather and safety of the group.

**This event will NOT CANCEL for non-severe weather. We will travel to the Park and at least view the waterfalls and the bridge at the Park even if its raining.

Registration Fee – $217 per person

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

A minimum of 14 participants is required to hold the Event. 

Because transportation, catering, admissions, and venue rental are reserved in advance, registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant prior to the event. A full refund will be issued only if the event is canceled by YogaSol due to severe weather, facility closure, charter cancellation, or insufficient registration.

Participants must be 18 years or older. Liability waivers are required.

Registration closes Friday, September 11, 2026.

Registered participants will receive a detailed welcome letter before the adventure with parking information, meeting location, charter bus details, suggested packing list, and everything needed to prepare for the day.  Everything is included with registration, board the bus and enjoy!
