
Yoga Strong – Single Class
Ignite your strength with this 45-minute power yoga class designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. Expect energizing flows, strength-based poses, and breath-driven movement that will leave you feeling strong, steady, and refreshed.
All levels welcome — modifications and progressions are offered.
Fee: $12/class * you may use package credits.
*Please bring: yoga mat - blocks/props - water - sweat towel if needed. Option to bring a small blanket for final rest.
** We have extra yoga, mats, and props to use.
Bonus for Drop-Ins: Attend a single class and you’ll also receive a mini at-home challenge for the week to keep your momentum going!
