
Yoga Strong – 4 Week Series
This October, commit to four weeks (Tuesday Nights) of power yoga designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. Each 45-minute class blends dynamic flow with strength-based poses to help you build stamina, confidence, and resilience.
While the weekly classes stand strong on their own, your real transformation comes from pairing them with the Yoga Strong At-Home Challenge. This progressive 10-part series (each under 15 minutes) is included when you register for all four weeks. Together, the combination of in-person classes and at-home challenges will help you:
